- You can condemn political violence without honoring a fucking nazi who argued in favor of political violence agaisnt the marginalized.
- Condemning political violence and honoring a man who spoke hate are not the same.
- I condemn the violence of stealing another persons life, i will not mourn his passing or regret the absence of his racism.
- We can condemn his horrific assassination and the scourge of political violence without uplifting these ideas.
- It can be true that violence is wrong and he didnt deserve to die and the he was a contemptible person.
- He promoted gun violence. Believed empathy is weakness. Everyone who isnt a male white, straight person is inferior. Im surprised his worshipers are showing empathy over his death. They should be celebrating that he died by the very violence he promoted.
- He supported gun violence, and then he died by gun violence. He was part of the problem, not the solution.
- He was an ironic martyr of gun violence. The ultimate irony is that he is killed by what he so ardently supported.
- He said some people will have to die due to gun violence to protect the 2nd. Try and obfuscate all you want but he got exactly what he was willing to have others affected by.
- He was murdered by a gun while literally at the exact moment was downplaying national gun violence.
- Instead of being silenced, their views are given a megaphone and legitimized through martyrdom. He didnt deserve to die, but he also wasnt a good person.
- The government idolizing such ghoul of a man and using his death as a catalyst in order to push the us into more fascism is infuriating.
- Why single out this man, who harmed so many people with his hateful words?
- You voted to celebrate a man who pushed political violence just because he died of it. How you live matters.
- This was not a memorial, they were using this as a call to violence against the left for some reason.
