Gran parte del discurso se centra en cómo los grupos de derecha y extrema derecha han adoptado la transfobia como una herramienta política central, a menudo después de perder batallas en otros frentes de la guerra cultural, como el matrimonio igualitario. Se percibe que estos ataques son personales y buscan deshumanizar a la comunidad trans.

2. La Defensa de la Existencia y los Derechos Humanos.
La comunidad trans y sus aliados insisten en que los derechos trans son derechos humanos fundamentales, no temas de debate. Se enfatiza el derecho a la autonomía corporal, a la atención médica necesaria y a la existencia libre de discriminación, condenando a quienes niegan estos derechos como fascistas o adyacentes a ellos.
