- Bluesky is either people who were really popular on twitter circa 2021, and your facebook liberal great aunt libbing out. Kind of an obnoxious vibe but far preferable to the cesspit x is.
- I love bluesky sm it genuinely feels like twitter before it got taken over by horrible people.
- On x, people or bots who post cruel replies are encouraged. On bluesky, they are blocked forever. Why do people still choose to live in that sewer of the mind?
- I am on bluesky because i no longer need to see any of the white national, christian national, maga lies and bull shit.
- I dont miss twitter. I miss saying objectively unhinged things at 2am and getting equally unhinged responses. The people on bsky are very much hinged.
- Bluesky is a shameless echo chamber they tell me. As if we dont all have the right to choose where we post and who we allow to appear on our page.
- There appears to be a subculture of bluesky users who block people they dont even know and who have never interacted with them. No doubt they are accounts i would want nothing to do with anyway.
- When bluesky launched, i said that the lack of private accounts made the platform hostile to anyone with concerns about abuse or stalking.
- I dont understand how people can follow a thousand people on here and still keep it usabl--wait, hold up i think i just figured out a lot about the nature of certain bluesky complaints.
- I think the number one thing that people on the other site dont realize about bsky when they say they have no luck here is that you have to have meaningful interactions with others to really grow or be seen here.
- I wish more people would come to bluesky. I gotta deleted it asap, holding out till the end of the year.
- I dont want to lose contact with certain people who arent anywhere and are stubbornly refusing to move to bluesky.
- People are deleting their bsky accounts and jumping back onto x. Have fun with that toxic environment that is called an app, folks. You wont be missed.
- I dont understand how people can main twitter after everything thats happened and is happening. It could slip into irrelevance and we could move the internet in a positive direction if youd just stop using it.
- I do understand people keeping twitter for work-related reasons, but i feel like most just dont really care about the switch.
- I love people on twtter who say oh bluesky is super dead theres no users no engagement nobody nothing so they just end up coming back here with their tails between their legs like hello? i post the same things on both sites and maybe ill get one like there but a dozen here?? it stinks there.
- I miss the nonstop go go go of old school twitter. Whenever i was bored, or didnt want to work i could scroll with so many people and posts. Bluesky is a bit slower paced which can be nice but some days it can be like a ghost town.
- Going viral on twitter put your phone down for 15 minutes and come back to 1.7k favorites including every one of your followers plus 130 people calling you slurs for some reason on bluesky exactly 7 new favorites and one reply that blazes new frontiers in joke-not-getting each hour for a week.
- I think the problem with any new sns that pop up is people want it to be fully formed and functional from the get go. Tbh, we didnt get that with fb, twt, or tumblr.
- I dont know how to explain to marketing people that people dont really think wow how modern and hip when they see hashtags on something anymore its not 2008.
