- Good luck with the refund. I closed my paypal account a few years ago because there were too many scams on it. I only used paypal to support a few opensource softwares that i use so they were the real losers unfortunately.

- As someone else suggested, it could have gotten randomly auto flagged by a bot. Using services like paypal is a constant coin toss, unfortunately.it happened to me with dropbox.
