Numerosas críticas señalan la falta de capacitación, la incompetencia y el comportamiento poco profesional de los agentes de ICE, cuestionando su capacidad para llevar a cabo sus funciones de manera efectiva y segura.
- Ice agents arent actual trained law enforcement professionals. They are deputized thugs.

2. Acusaciones de Abuso de Poder y Comportamiento Violento.
Se acusa a los agentes de ICE de recurrir a la violencia innecesaria, el abuso de poder y el trato inhumano hacia los inmigrantes, lo que genera preocupación por la violación de los derechos civiles y la falta de rendición de cuentas.
