- It’s all a class issue at its core. Racism, homophobia, sexism, transphobia: these are tools created by the ruling class to control the masses by keeping them squabbling and divided.
- The racism, misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, etc. Are all cover and ploys to keep us working class stiffs fighting among ourselves while a pile of rich assholes get us to surrender the fruits of our labor to them or steal them while we are distracted.
- It’s a class war they are distracting us from with sexism, racism, homophobia and xenophobia.
- Racism, sexism, homophobia, transphobia, all of these are intentionally propagated and fueled by capitalism to reinforce a class system, to have an exploitable class. Because it makes someone money.
- Racism, sexism, homophobia, and transphobia are weapons the super rich use to steal money and power from the dummies that maintain that hate. Billionaires don’t care about you.
- The class war narrative is oversimplified. It’s part of it for sure. But it overlooks the bigotry. Misogyny, homophobia, transphobia, racism, xenophobia are far too prevalent and wouldn’t magically disappear if there were no billionaires.
- Racism, sexism, homophobia, etc. Will exist regardless of what class and labour divisions there are. You're not gonna fix complex social issues by having the workers own the means of production. This is literally just class reductionism but woke.
- The truth is there are no class based solutions to race based issues. Or issues related to sexism, homophobia, transphobia, or xenophobia. The bigot wants to keep the target of their bigotry “in their place”.
- When are you going to realize that “class war” isn’t the end all and be all? “oh racism/homophobia/transphobia/etc are just distractions.” you don’t think that a huge number of people don’t genuinely hate those people?
- It's not inherently profitable to be a bigot, stop making capitalism the sole cause for racism, sexism, homophobia, etc. Some people would hate without any incentive other than believing themselves superior.
- We are dealing with multiple systems of oppression at the same time.you can't fight classism without also simultaneously fighting racism, sexism, ableism, homophobia, transphobia, xenophobia, etc. Gain the ability to multitask.
- “it’s all just a class war” says the person desperately trying to avoid discussions of racism, sexism, homophobia and transphobia in their political discourse. Things can be multifaceted, that’s why intersectionality exists.
- Class solidarity means nothing if you don’t handle racism, homophobia and transphobia first.
- Ending class inequality isn’t enough. It is one head of the hydra; cut one head down and a new hierarchy will replace it. It is impossible to end all inequality without also ending racism, sexism, homophobia/transphobia, ableism/sanism, xenophobia.
- Classism matters wealth inequality matters racism matters homophobia transphobia sexism all of it matters its all linked its all pointing to a pyramid of inequality and justification for the worst horrors imaginable and that is how it has always been.
