1. Nacionalismo y la Creación de División.
Numerosos comentarios asocian directamente el nacionalismo (tanto escocés como inglés) con la promoción de la pobreza, el odio, el "othering" (otredad) y la creación de agravios, viéndolo como una fuerza inherentemente divisiva.
