Se denuncia el uso recurrente de material audiovisual antiguo y engañoso, como videos de disturbios de años anteriores, para caracterizar falsamente las manifestaciones actuales como violentas. Estas acciones son vistas como una campaña deliberada para manipular la percepción pública y poner a la comunidad en contra de los manifestantes.
