Los comentarios describen al sujeto como una persona emocionalmente inmadura, propensa a rabietas y comportamientos caprichosos, similar a un niño malcriado que no consigue lo que quiere.

Varios autores sugieren que el desarrollo emocional del individuo se detuvo en la niñez. Sus respuestas a situaciones de estrés, como las críticas o el ser descubierto en una mentira, son comparadas con las de un niño de 8 años.

4. Rechazo a la Comparación: Más Allá de la Infancia.
Un grupo de comentarios rechaza la analogía del "niño", argumentando que es un insulto para los niños, quienes a menudo poseen más empatía. Sostienen que el comportamiento del sujeto no es simplemente infantil, sino malicioso, malvado o psicopático.
- He is not a man child. That insults children! he is a worthless human being. I am stretching the human part.
- Calling him a child would be an insult to children beyond stuffing his own pockets, hes good at nothing pure incompetence.
- Media pundits needs to quit calling him a baby, toddler, man-child, 6-8-12 year old, adolescent etc. Hes a text-book psychopath.
